Jack Frost

Awoke this morning to find Jack Frost was nipping at my nose, and had worked hard in the night to cover nature in his glorious sparkle. With the sun peeking throught the trees to melt away his work, I managed to capture a few moments before it was too late.....

Wikipedia: "In English folklore, Jack Frost appears as an elfish creature who personifies crisp, cold, winter weather. Tradition holds Jack Frost responsible for leaving frosty crystal patterns on windows on cold mornings."

  1. Fab photos. You obviously have a talent for taking them. You have to take them so quickly as the sun just melts away the frost before you can say Jack Robinson or even Jack Frost!
