Feed me grapes


After returning from two festivals, two weeks apart, a combined total of 8 days in a field, porta loos, Bacardi, burgers, wine, fudge, cider, rain, sun and late nights by body is actually craving healthy food!

hurrah!

Now have a new found love and appreciation for berries, avocados, rye bread, hummus, lentils, bananas and eggs.

What's your fave healthy grub? Any tips?

Im not a big fan of Broccoli but my mum's is amazing!! Im indian so my mum spices up everything she sees...her broccoli is one of my favs! Just cut into pieces, cook in a large frying pan with lid on with salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, fresh garlic, fresh chili and ginger. You can put some carrots in too. Yum!
